I'm interested to know who had an all-natural, non-medicated birth and how was your experience?
worst pain in my entire life but worth doing it natural. my baby was born alert and latched on right away
My pain kicked in when it was just about time to push. My baby girl was sunny side up so my pain was even more terrible. I didn't have a doula or anything but my nurses were great. I had my daughter in the birthing center at the hospital. It was definitely something to remember ☺️
It hurt, but it was pain that felt good, if that makes sense. There's so much adrenaline rushing through you that the pain doesn't change anything. It's just there and you accept it as a part of the process. I had a home birth without a drop of pain relief. I'd do it again in a heartbeat.
Thank you all for your feedback. I'm just so afraid that I will be too focused on the pain to go through with it naturally. Do you have any tips for that? What was your motivation?
