Stress can definitely cause headaches, I'm a long time sufferer if migraines and they always show up when I'm stressed out more...lately I've been having several a week 😢 take care of yourself mama, drink plenty of water, try and eat often and healthy, go for a walk once a day to get some fresh air and clear your mind, take a bath, light some lavender scented candles if you have them....I know it's hard, and you're probably feeling overwhelmed by all that is expected of you, but you need to take care of yourself and have at least an hour a day where it's just you, or you and your baby, relaxing and not worrying about EVERYTHING. You got this mama!
let them be mad, your not their puppet for you to be running around getting stuff for them
sure you can also try just some stress relieving activities that you enjoy.
