Medicaid doesn't pay anything towards a 3D ultrasound unless you have to see a specialist for something so you just have to call around to places in your area that do 3D to see what they charge. My Dr does it at their office for $75.

Insurance doesn't cover 3D unless given by your doctor. That's any insurance . I have tricare and we paid 140$ for ours
