Anybody know how to tell if I have the stomache he flu or it's pregnancy because I don't normally throw up and I have been also feeling very weak and tired more then normal .. My other two pregnancys I never got sick so I don't know the difference ????

@lovemybabies87, do you feel sick anywhere else? Like diarrhea, sore throat, or something like that besides puking and weakness?

Vomiting is not actually a sign of the traditional flu that the flu shot is designed for. But there have been some nasty stomach viruses circulating. They usually last a few days. The "flu" is actually respiratory but it isn't a bad idea to get a shot; just make sure it is the kind for pregnant ladies.
