Who drinks wine occasionally ?
& Is A Breastfeeding Mother .
How many cups & How many hours apart from breastfeeding ?
I want to drink a good 3 cups at least !

They say if you feel intoxicated then you drank to much. I think it's one drink per hour and it should be okay. They sell test strips to see if any alcohol went into your milk but I think that might be a little pricey
