Really getting me down how my OH is letting me do 99% of the house work. Every night and every weekend I cook, clean, do the washing and tidy the house constantly while he sits on his PS4. I don't even watch TV anymore because he controls what goes on it. The only thing I do for myself is go for a bath and go on my phone. What a life 😒

Stop cooking cleaning etc for a week or so he will realise once hes sat there hungry ;)
spot on this is exactly like my situation and no matter how much I try an make him realise I get nowhere I swear there all from a different planet. I've decided to look after myself cook clean and do my own washing an nothing else they will soon realise they need us more than we need them an should get their arse in gear before our babies come!! xx
You need to tell him how you feel I mean what's gonna happen when baby arrives you will be too busy & tired to clean up & cook for him tell him that when baby comes he better get used to cooking and cleaning for himself! And that you think you should start a rota of chores x
@planner26, well.then he definatly should be helping you hun. does he expect you to do the parenting alone aswell? my partner had his pc and his gaming days ide say we are well balanced and happy. so none of us are controllig the other its just we do what we feel the other needs. your partner needs to know you need help more. xx
Even if you weren't pregnant he should be doing more like if you cook he should do the dishes etc. I wouldn't stand for it u need to be resting & he should be helping out as much as he can with everything ur body is going through x

ever since being preg my OH has done everything apart from cooking. and also works. I do feel guilty but he says my bodys working hard as it is. hes amazing. I also feel ypur in a bad situation. ypur partner should be helping whethet yout preg or not. its a 50/50 thing in a relationship and I think hes walking all over you. its totally unfair and if i was in your situation Ide be fuming... xx
I always do everything in the house , even tho I work part time , but I don't really mind , coz he's the one who brings money to the house xx
I can't stop or it gets a mess and I have slight OCD about dirt and things not being in their place and I can't stand it so I have to tidy and clean
