Any mommies using birth control after having your baby? I'm using nexplanon.

I had the implanon and felt like someone was all ways pinching me or sticking me. Gonna ask my doctor about mirena after baby gets here

after I had my son(my first born) I got the iud n getting it again in a few weeks (my daughters almost 9 months)

My friend had the Mirena and it got imbeaded in her. she had to get it surgically removed, so I was like no thanks to that option @harmony250

@jjordan86, I know two people that had no issues with it but we have decided that if something like that happens if want a second baby we will adopt 😊

Nothing this way. I had the mirena after I had my first so I got it again after I had my second. It moved further up and gave me severely bad cramps and pains that made me break out into sweats. Had to have a D n C to get it removed so never again.

My husband is super against adoption it makes me sad because I was adopted and always dreamed of adopting, but he really wants to have our own kids...maybe when we are older he will be more willing! I am glad you ladies are so open and willing if the time came @harmony250 @jjordan86

No. But after that pain I went through with the Mirena I'm scared to get anything else implanted in my body Lol.

I'm scared of the risks too

I'm even more scared of having 2 babies back to back. The way my hubby and I are, I'll end up pregnant again @sexxymama83

me and my hubbybare ttc so I got my nexplanon removed 12/28/2015. I actually have some serious questions I need answers too if someone can help me with em that would be great!

I kept having bad pains with it that I do not want to experience again Lol and my period was 3 weeks long every time my period came

My doctor told me those were some of the risks. my period naturally runs long and I have endometriosis, so that wouldn't be bad for me. I just don't want to get pregnant again so soon.
