I've always been an avid gym goer and my doctor approved me to workout with a 10-20 pound weight restriction. I've been working out as soon as I got approved at 4 weeks but today was the first day that 5 minutes into my cardio portion that I was already exhausted. I managed to complete my entire workout but I've never been so tired from a gym visit.

I really hope I can do this, or at least some form, throughout my pregnancy.

I applaud you I worked out daily before I got pregnant and now to attempt brings on dizziness and shortness of breath and I'm only 12 weeks. I hope it gets better soon I miss my morning workouts :(
