this is kinda tmi but I need advice.I have a sharp pain in my nipple and it hurts when I touch it. I am wondering is it the start of mastitis or not to worry about it. my nipple isn't cracked but it is red and irritated.

and that's what I was thinking it might be too, but never experienced this before so am not sure which one

is it red and swollen? if not, it might just be a little clogged duct, either way, keep nursing! If you stop, it'll get worse.
