I think I'm going to get off of the pain meds as much as possible to try and help myself. I have a stool softener but it says something about laxative and I'm scared to take it so I'm trying to wait till Monday when I see doc but I've been home for a week now and barely have gone at all!!! Not fully, just little pieces 😔@brwneydgirly25

it's completely normal. pain meds cause constipation.. dont forget to keep taking the stool softener.. I was so backed up with my last one I almost had to have it physically removed 😲

I had a c section on Christmas Eve so a little over a week ago and I'm still so uncomfortable and backed up. My fluids have gone down a lot, I was so swollen up until a few days ago. The only thing that really helped was water and keeping my feet up which was hard cause I just wanted to be up doing things! @jstncrazy2
