hi im new to the group first time mommy to be and currently 16 weeks pregnant was wondering if it is normal to have pelvic pains had them for 2 days now but no bleeding anyone had the same situation wondering if its normal or should i go see a doctor
@ftmommieoftwiinz, oh i can imagen my urges to go times 2 haha but you have double the blessing congrats
yeah, the bigger you get the worst the pain! it will sometimes hurt so bad it stops you in your tracks... I have to wear a belt and sleep with pillow between my legs and it's still hurts like a b****
My doctor told me to get a prenatal massage, I don't really have time so I never went. Really warm but not too hot bath seem to help me, it relaxes my muscles and plenty of rest and the next day I felt good again.
aww wonder if its worse with 2 inside lol i just have one and its bad @ftmommieoftwiinz
@almiita, yesss the waddle is so true haha !! thanks so much i will look into it
I had the Same, I had period type cramps at first then my pelvis was hurting and eventually my sciatica nerve, lots of pain and discomfort! Baths seem to help😊
you might have round ligament pain! It is God awful and it only gets worse throughout the pregnancy... I would buy a pregnancy belt. It helps with the pressure on your pelvis.
@pink805, yeah girl sounds like sciatica. you get stuck and feel like the pain takes your breath away, and can't walk. I usually limp or waddle helps me at work. but do go you'll be relieved and have them work your back too it'll benefit later on in the pregnancy
@almiita, its bad even walking is uncomfortable for me i might have to look into the chiropractor what do they do to aliviate pain
@pink805, you have nothing to worry about. it's normal and I have it bad I went to a physical therapist and I was told I needed a chiropractor for adjustments and they are amazing relieves pain and totally safe. it's sciatica tends to get worse with pregnancy with your pelvis widening
@tmills, the perks of motherhood lol guess i need to start looking into the pregnancy belts
