The only time I did have mild nausea was before I found out. yeah let me know if it works out for you 😊

For nausea I've heard ginger works. don't know to sure. I haven't had any nausea 😕

try heat pads on your back. They work miracles 👌🏼

@jessgtz92, thank you. it's a struggle couldn't eat meat for awhile and lost weight due to the nausea which is still kinda getting me. But my back problems are the worst😢
