You can try power pumping... spend an hour at the pump doing 10 min on 10 min off. This simulates cluster feeding. Keep doing it even if nothing is coming out.

what i learned from the lactation consultant is pump 20 mins rest 5 mins then pump 30 mins & rest Also according to "Ameda" Pump in the morning, many women get the most milk first thing in the morning! Pump between breastfeeding, either 30-60 minutes after nursing or at least an hour before breastfeeding. This should leave plenty of milk for your baby at your next feeding. If your baby wants to breastfeed right after a pumping, go ahead.

Is that amount what you get when replacing a feed or just after a feed?
