Came so close with death today, had my daughter and was doing great. Got everything taken care of a sewed up, so I sat up to hold my daughter and immediately turned as white as snow and got super cold and was run down to the OR . Turned out a blood vessel broke. I lost 3 pints of blood. Doing good now but I came close to having my husband with no wife and daughter with no mother. Today was a rollercoaster day

Thank God you're ok! I really want a home birth but reasons like this are why I won't do it. Congrats on you're baby :)

This is actually How I came up with my first daughters name. lol.. ????
So Dr has sent me in to do labs because I mentioned to him how itchy I’ve been these last couple of days. Any other moms gone through this before? He mentioned if something came up in my blood we’d have to do my section sooner than what it is scheduled for.

This momma has been healing quite nicely, my husband doesnt know what he would have done if I died. Plus I would have never been able to look or hold my daughter.
