ladies need some help any tips for acid reflux while pregnant I'm prescribed medicine but am no longer allowed to take it while pregnant need help really killing me

Yeah just elevate them and sleep in your right side it will help a lot and you can take tums as much as you want!!! They helped me so much !!!!!!

yeah I think I'm gonna start to elevate my pillows and I tried milk and it will go away and come right back

I had it so bad I had to elevate my pillows at night and sit up while I slept! Milk helped me a lot and TUMS! OMG yes tums were my BESTFRIEND meds don't really help honestly just after you eat don't lay down!
