I wouldn't! your balance is off when you are pregnant. and if you fall and you fall on your stomach it can be bad

Yeah there isn't any reason not to wear heals! as long as your comfortable in them. just remember if you fall and hurt your ankels or something it could take longer to heal being pregnant
