So, I need a little help. I live in Kentucky and Im not with the baby's father. He has diabetes and is in the hospital at least once a month because he refuses to take care of himself. He can't even drive himself to the hospital when he has to go. I don't want her to be left alone with her for her own safety. He wouldn't hurt her on purpose but he refuses to take care of himself so if he can't do that, then I can't knowingly leave my baby girl alone with him, because if he were to pass out or anything something could happen to her. If I took it to court and they looked at how often he's in the hospital and thoroughly look at how it's dangerous, could I make it to where he had to have supervised visits?

I'd say yes- and if anything it can't hurt to try. You have to protect your baby and that's what you're trying to do @mommaree213
I can't take it anymore! Haley (yes my 1mth old and no I wasn't able to go through this "joy" of nursing my older daughter, Molly) has been screaming non stop for 6hrs! All she wants to do is eat and I can't have her attached to me all day, everyday! She has wanted to eat every hr on the hr for the past 3hrs! HEX Left SS7 alone
SS7 just told his therapist that all day and sometimes at night all summer Hex left him alone while her and her bf were working or out. He had to cook and figure out how to take care of himself and he said he was always scared and nervous because he didn't know what to do. The therapist is calling CPS.
