Question for you ladies...I had my baby a week ago and about a couple nights ago, I start randomly crying, worrying if my husband and I will eventually split, if we'll ever still have some time together, and such for like 10 minutes and then it goes away and I'm happy like it never even happened. But when I'm sad, it has absolutely nothing to do with the baby, like worrying if I'm a bad mother and if I can take care of her. I love her very much and has nothing to do with her. And these crying episodes happen only at night. What is going on and is there anyway to help cope with it?

I agree with you the Dr. can give you something to help you feel relax . and your not a bad mother a lot of women have postpartum depression. its normal to have it but you should see your Dr.

@mrsmord, It's probably hormones then because I'm still eating and sleeping fine. It's just 1 small episode each night and I'm over it. Plus I had a C-Section so getting around is very limited and usually I'm very active. It's really annoying. 😂 :P

If your feeling depressed turn to your doctor asap- otherwise it's your hormones acting wack . After you deliver your body goes through a phase and your very very emotional I had the same with my first born I was always crying . It's normal but if your feeling any sort of depression please call your doc
