I was told my son was breach at 18 weeks.. now at 22 weeks i can feel his kicks so low in my abdomen.. why is he so low down there? and whats taking him so long to turn around? anybody know? #paranoidnewmom

@breloya, & @soontobemomof5 are right too. They turn a lot but their heads have to drop into cervix (or efface) after a certain point to be prepared for labor. Its doesnt get easier when they efface or turn head down since their feet will be kicking ribs lol my daughter was effaced for quiet a while and I couldnt sit or stand for long periods of time. I have a short torso too.. wasnt fun. not excited about this time around lol

When babies are still that little they can flip and turn a lot. My oldest didn't turn into place until I was 36 weeks so you have a little more time before you need to worry.

your right i didnt think of that.. but that would mean he doesnt kick much because ive rarely felt any movement up high @momwife1316

Babies will constantly flip and turn and I believe they usually settle heads down around 33 weeks or so. I'm not entirely sure. But even then, they can flip all the way until you deliver. Them staying heads down isn't guaranteed.

my baby boy is the same though. kicks super low and his butt and back always snug in my right pelvic.22 weeks also
