Can me being sick decrease my milk supply? My son has RSV (we caught it early and he's getting better everyday) and I contracted it from him and since becoming sick, I've noticed my milk supply is low.

baileymomma Sage also reduces milk supply. Also some babies take like 30 min to eat while others only

took me 10 minutes to pump this from both breast after feeding Ethan for 25 minutes. My milk supply is going crazy yesterday I pumped 8 bottles my milk stash is going to be great

If any mama's out there need to boost their milk supply I strongly recommend this! My milk supply increased within the first day!

My doctor recommended fenugreek to increase my milk supply said it’s safe to use. I just wanted to know if any of you moms have tried it and if it increased your milk supply?

It can, drink some Gatorade and tons of water. Also, you can take fenugreek and blessed thistle to increase supply. Eat some foods that are high in calories.
