Anybody have any sore throat remedies? I'm dying over here! I've been drinking tea all day. I have cough drops. Acidity from lemons makes my throat burn (I have red bumps all over the back of my throat) I can't get to a store anytime soon. Help please!!
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
Hi I am into my 15 week now But since last two days am not having good feeling....I just feel something is wrong inside wid d kid...all my symptoms r too less Morning sickness is gone....Metallic taste of my tounge is also less....and I feel pain in my abdoman twice or thrice which is very minor though What should i do i am very confused Already have gone through 5 scans because of changing gynec Just feel that untill i hear the heartbeat or see my kid i wont b ok....got sleepless nights
I need to ask someone this have you literally regret having a child with someone. I love my daughter with all my heart but I really regret ever being with her dad.
Does anyone like their in laws? With all the posts about terrible in laws I was just wondering if anyone actually likes their in laws?!?! I love me in laws. I'm blessed to have such a wonderful immediate and extended family. My mil loves spending time with my boys. She comes over at least once a week and will sleep over. She gets up with the boys in the morning and let's my husband and I sleep in. My fil is a great man also. He's always coming over to visit and do some odd jobs around the house (my husband is not handy at all lol). So anyone else have great in laws?? I figured I'd ask so we can talk positively about our in laws!!!
I will not be tested for COVID unless I am showing all signs of having it! They taking newborn babies away from their mothers if they test positive. Over my cold dead body! No ONE will take my baby away from me bet!

Omg I have a bad sore throat, too. Its brutal. Woke up with it after having a scratchy throat for a few days. I know I got it from my daughter, who hasnt felt good all week and has also had a sore throat.Tea with lemon, and water and juice are the best things you can do, sadly. 😧

btw...red bumps indicate that you could have strep. Maybe you should be swabbed, just to be on the safe side!

I've had like six cups today and it's either herbal or caffeine so I can't keep drinking more!! My mom gave it to me. She's been sick and I kept telling her to keep her germs to herself but she coughed all over everything anyways and got the pregnant lady sick! I'm quite upset about it. I've been sick for about 3 days now and it just keeps getting worse. I saw my OB yesterday and she wouldn't even look to see if it's an infection or strep, she just gave me a piece of paper saying I could take sudafed or robitussin. My tonsils are super swollen, too. 😭😭 @sarahemccormick

try drinking something hot then something cold that helps for me if it happens to get worst go to the emergency room because I had to go Sunday and I have tonsillitis

@gabesmommy20, I've tried that too. All of the "remedies" only relieve for about 2 minutes. It's awful. What'd your throat look like? My tonsils are swollen and turning white :/

@tae23, ricola. Oh my god that totally makes sense after eating two I fell asleep (with one in my mouth lol) and woke up and hour later choking because my throat hurt so bad and was sooo dry. I started crying lol. I also tried cepacol but only had one so I would suck on it until my throat went numb and then save for later lol.

ricola is the best kind to use. also it's weird but sucking on I've cubes with salt helps. I had strep for 4 months once :/

do you have the heater on a lot? falling asleep with your mouth open and the heater on can dry out your throat extremely bad. but yeah ricola is the best kind. my hs choir teacher would make us sit out of rehearsal if we used anything else. try putting Vicks on your feet and back of your neck.

I have my warm mist humidifier on high for moisture. And my mouth was closed, my nose is a little stuffy but I can still breathe out of it pretty good. It's mostly just my throat. @tae23
