how bad is it if I don't eat? ive been under so much stress lately that I can't eat. I have no appetite AT ALL. my mother wants to take me to the hospital maybe I should go but will me not eating affect the baby?

Yes honey please eat even if it's only a pack of saltine crackers or something!
i know the feeling. theres times where i wont feel hungry for days. make yourself eat though even if its just a little of something. baby will pull nutrition from you but still wont get everything needed.
I'm pretty sure the baby takes your reserves, but you will start getting weak and malnourished which WILL hurt the baby. Take prenatal vitamins and eat small things at least! And I think it couldn't hurt to go to the Dr and hear what you are lacking from them.
Girl go && check yourself, bc if you aint eating then the baby will have empty stomach too! thats not good
