Does anybody else have thyroid issues?
I found out when I was pregnant & I was put on synthryoid medication. Now that I've had my little girl, I keep gaining weight. it's so discouraging because I go to the gym and I always manage to gain weight.
fingers crossed that they figure out my dosage on the 5th, when I get blood work.. I just want to feel normal again..

My mom had thyroid issues...she was over weight for a very long time, then just lost over 100lbs outta nowhere! I think it's because she also had diabetes and she got that under control...but she also started caring for herself better, she ate smaller, healthier meals, drank more water, walked and rode her bike....I'm sure once they figure out your meds you will see a difference, if you're already living a healthy lifestyle then it's definitely the meds not doing their job!!! Goodluck, and remember to love yourself! You are beautiful, your body is a temple, and never forget that!
