my almost 3 week old son has done nothing but breast feed today when I pull him away he screams. I know I'm producing enough milk because I'm constantly leaking when he's not eating. Is this normal or should I can his pediatrician?

It won't ache just make sure you're burping him often & that's fine he's growing that's how you know he's getting enough milk just keep feeding on demand so your milk can get established
