I know this app is for moms and expecting moms, but my husband and I have been trying for 6 months now to concieve. Unfortunately, I don't have a regular period so it's hard to track my ovulation. :( Love all the support you all seem to give eachother and really needing some of that right now! We are trying not to be too negative or too optimistic, but it's hard when you know your ready! ♡

I was diagnosed at age of 14 and I've been on the pill ever since to help regulate my cycle. I got married in October, and right after the wedding came off the pill. I haven't had a period, so of course I was hopeful, unfortunately I met with an endocrinologist and my testosterone was high. I've been on metformin for about a month and I'm feeling so much better. PCOS can be an overwhelming diagnosis, especially when you're trying to conceive. The good news is, it's not impossible! Plus, there's a ton of support from women going through the same thing. Hang in there!
Good deal @stillwaiting56 !! Metformin didn't do anything for me but give me horrible diarrhea. Definitely get checked and hopefully it will happen soon!!
I have a Dr. Appointment on the 18th to get my hormone levels checked! Anxious to get the ball rolling on this. thank you @callumsmommy and @twinmommy2016 for the encouragement! I'll keep you updated!
You can but you can get it cheaper and a good brand of it on pipingrock.com. That's where I get a lot of herbs and even prenatals. I love them.
if your willing to invest some money into it fairhaven fertalaid helps regulate and basically has the vitamins a prenatal would!
Vitex worked for me to regulate my periods and ovulation. Maca helped with conception. They work great together and are natural herbs
Thank you ladies! As awful as it sounds, I've been kind of scared to go to my Doctor because I didn't want to hear any bad news! But I'm thinking I would rather know what's going on if I do need help! Will call the Dr. Office tomorrow Morning to make an appointment! ♡
not a problem hope it works for you:) i know how it feels:(@stillwaiting56
@callumsmommy, Thank you! !!! I will talk to my Doctor about it! Thanks so much!

I have PCOS they will give you metformin:) after two months we had our miracle HSG and metformin baby:) you .ca go whenever @stillwaiting56
@twiI definitely will do that. I wasn't sure how long I should wait before seeing my doctor. I wish I knew more about my family history but I was adopted at 9 years old. It would be good info to know if I have PCOS
it's a pill, have like 8 bottles in my bathroom lol you take them as a combo but you take metformin everyday and provera only when it's time To start @stillwaiting56
@callumsmommy, I had heard of Proverb before. Do you know if that is a prescription or Injection?
I had super messed up periods after having my left ovary removed. they even told me my chance of having children was small. with hearing that me and my boyfriend just stopped trying to prevent it and said if it happens it's ment to be . now I'm due in two weeks with our son. stay positive, don't stress , hope it happens for you guys soon (:
See your dr and ask to have some blood work ran to check hormone levels. Do you have a history of PCOS? I have PCOS and my body makes way too much estrogen and not enough progesterone and I had the same problem.
I was on nexaplanon and after I had it removed to start trying to conceive I had a normal period for once every month.
metformin and provera. provera regulates you period and metformin makes you ovulate on a schedule worked for me along with an HSG test@stillwaiting56
Thank you SO much. I am pretty sad about it.. but I joined a group on Facebook and I see a positive pregnancy test in my news feed everyday. It is so encouraging! I wont lose hope! ♡♡ And one day my little blessing will be here! and so will yours!!! lots of baby dust to you! :) @mlamb
