I've suffered with very bad morning sickness and it's still going at 20 weeks.. but this morning I actually wet myself (quite a bit) while being sick, I'm so embarrassed and cried my eyes out 😦 Is this just an increase in pressure on my bladder or something I should be worried about?

I think I had a little pee around the 20 week mark when I sneezed. Have you been practicing pelvic floor exercises? Shouldn't be anything to worry about it'll be as you say the increased pressure but pelvic floors will help you control this. Also panty liners can help too xx

Oh chicky, don't be upset. chances are your body was so focused on ejecting vomit it didn't put anything into holding your bladder at the same time. I'm sure it's nothing to worry about, it can happen when you faint too. xXx

@tuftyturtle, gosh, I'm glad I'm not the only one! Just treat yourself everytime you do your exercises hehe 😊

@lou, pelvic floor exercises are what you need, when you go to the loo, stop the wee mid stream, hold for a few seconds then let go. By doing that you know what it feels like! you can do that exercise whenever, eg. watching TV, hold for about ten seconds, repeat three times. I hope that makes sense xXx
