I'm 6 weeks pregnant and i have period cramps and spotting blood I'm freaking out my cousin which is also pregnant told me not to worry its probably because of implantation...what do you guys think should i be worried?

its not a lot of blood it's kinda like when my period is over and i have little spotting of blood ..it just started now ima see if it still continue then ima go to the hospital

bleeding is common but not necessarily normal, you should get checked better be safe than sorry

When I was about 7 weeks along i was having some pain and bleeding... Honestly at the time I didn't even know I was pregnant. I found out a week later

Like how much blood? If it continues I'd go see a doctor.

I had to get a rhogham shot about 6 weeks because I'm O- if you are a negative blood type it could be that as well. but it could also be the implantation as well. Best to be safe and be checked.
