Mother's milk is great, drink lots of water and make sure you're eating enough to satisfy your hunger because it's hard on you to produce if you're not getting enough nutrients yourself! The absolute best way to keep supply up is to feed OFTEN though...if baby isn't feeding as often likely they don't need to or don't feel hungry, but if your supply is taking a dip and you're worried, just try and offer more feeds more often, it'll send signals to your breasts that you need to produce more to keep up with demand!
