so last night I used ice hot on my back and hip cuz I couldn't stand the pain anymore, my step mom said that I'm not suppose to use it when pregnant. has anyone else been told this?

Yeah everyone has been telling me different things, something about the methyl in it... I don't know. nothing else was helping though. my hip still hurts. I feel like it's out of place

My doctor said not to use that but I'm sure you will be totally fine.

U can use it...don't let her tell you wrong. I asked my doctor that the other day and she it was perfectly fine
