Anyone else have a weird feeling in their legs when they are laying down? Like an uncomfortable feeling where you have to move your legs a lot? Never happened before I got pregnant..

restless leg syndrome.
I've been dealing with it since 15 weeks. and it just gets worse. my ob says I'll be dealing with it til I have the baby. i'm even dealing with as we speak. tops and outer thighs for me to numb. then my legs get this feeling like i have to constantly move them to relieve them.

it may go away for you. mine developed and has stayed. every woman is different. try laying on your side with your legs bent with a pillow in between them. as well as If you have an extra one, try putting it under your hips and see if it helps it worked for a little while for me. but the bigger my son gets the worse it got. some ob's will link it to the baby pushing up against the sciatic nerve making your legs get the funny feeling. and wear some loose clothing as well pants wise! @beccalynnn

It happens to me just eat any foods with potassium or iron in it. Like bananas or peanut butter. It usually stops after awhile.
