So im 4 1/2 months pp and yesterday I was having the WORST cramps. It was a combo of cramps and just pain as if i was on my period.I felt it the whole day but I already had my period for the month of December.. Should i be worried?? Today I woke up fine tho no pain atleast yet. This has happened to me a couple times already but yesterday was the worst one.

@mrsmord, no im not nursing anymore. I stopped nursing when my baby was 2 months old and i had to go back to work
