Moms! Any of you on the Nexplanon birth control? How have you liked it? Any side effects? I think I'm going through a miscarriage without knowing I was pregnant for sure.... :( my period was late but I started spotting the past 2 days. Then today I'm bleeding excessively with a lot of back pain and a throbbing cramp pain. I have a lot of blood clots and this quarter size clear sac came out with a liquid inside. I feel like I'm going to throw up any minute. Can someone please let me know how it feels and what happens? I've never gone through this.

So I've found myself still having a tough time loosing all the baby weight I gained during my pregnancy. It's already been a year and I need to loose at least 30 more pounds. Does anyone have any recommendations on weight loss supplements to take? I already know eating better and exercising is suppose to help but I've never had THIS hard of a time trying to loose weight.
