I see alot take there iron pills twice a day. Mine is only stating once a day. What does that mean?

My pill bottle says once a day but my doctor wants me to take them 2x because I'm severely anemic.

Thats why your iron level is complety fine, other people need more because their iron is lower than usual 😊

Mines once a day better in the morning with orange juice or grape juice
