how do I soothe my nipples? they hurt so bad from using the nipple shield incorrectly

gel soothies!! so amazing. or expressing breast milk on them and letting them air dry

Can someone tell me what nipple cream is the best to use? I never had this nipple pain with my first child. Ugh.

I just have to say I love love love my nipple piercings. My favorite piercings are my septum and Nipples 😍

I've seen them at Target too. Good luck! Store them in a baggie when not in use.
