So glad it went well @babybermea ! I ended up induced with my first 2 gays after my due date-I had stayed at 1 cm for 5 weeks before then 😕. Girl it's ok, we all go through that with our first 😀

@babybermea, girl I was one all the way till the day b4 they induced me n than I went to a 2 it will hurt cuz ur dr put pressure u can also bleed a little

So at 34 weeks they test you for something called strep b or any kind of yeast infection just for the baby's safety when in delivery . @mommytobe0220 I had no idea what it was but its just a qtip they swab on you not a big as a deal as I though

I hope so to. I'm also hoping I make it to next Tuesday I have a Dr's appointment and it's at the hospital because my Dr is on call that day so she would deliver him unlike my other kids it was always someone else. @babybermea I hope it's fast and pain free for you also

Its different with everyone with my first it took longer but it got shorter with everyone after that. I wasn't dialated at all last Thursday and I haven't really had that many contractions. @babybermea

So then I guess that's good . How long does it take to dialate till hospital time ... @tristan-makes-5 this is my first I'm learning day by day lol

Lol you can't avoid the strep b test, sorry! They only swabbed vaginally for me (thank goodness!) but it's over quickly 😉

At least I don't have to get my butt swabbed like I read on the other girls posts I asked my doctor and she laughed and said we do blood test for that hahahaaha lol @tristan-makes-5
