I feel you.. getting impatient myself at 41 weeks, but I just keep thinking that this baby is probably not fully ready and will be perfect when she comes :)

If you aren't thinned or dilated at all you don't want them to strip your membrane either. Sticking a finger in your cervix and stretching it out without the help of pain killers or anything to numb it. And my dr will let me go to 42 weeks before inducing.

Sounds like this baby wants to cook longer <3 won't be too much longer! Typically doctors won't induce unless medically necessary. They usually can't strip your membranes unless you've dilated too. I feel your pain my first I went to 41 weeks 1 day.
