Yes! my daughter is 3 months old as of today and she started teething like a week or 2 ago. her dad I guess started teething early too so it is possible. my daughter has two little bumps on her top gums so I have a feeling within the next couple weeks if not months she will have her first two teeth. check the gums; like just gently rub your fingers against his gums if he starts biting down on your finger don't worry it's just his way of taking the pain away. get teether toys and have him suck on them (you might have to hold it for him) also get oralgel for teething.. I have that and boy is that a life saver.. good luck!

@karinaa1026, Its very possible don't listen to what people tell you. my son was teething at 3 months took a while for my mom to believe it.
