I'm planning on having a natural birth. Any hospitals recommended in NYC / long island? I need to switch to a midwife soon too since my ob gyn thinks I'm crazy for not wanting an IV, and epidural. I also asked if I can delay the baby's cord cutting and she said only for 1 to 2 mins. I hope it's not too late to make the switch, I'm 23 weeks already.
Thank you! I will research more to see where I should go. I hope I can schedule hospital tours soon after Christmas.
Beth Israel midwives are known for being relaxed. I can refer you to an ob at Lennox hill who helped my friend deliver naturally
^^^^100% agree. I switched Dr's to a midwife at about 28 weeks with my last pregnancy. You've got time 😊
it's never too late, when it comes to a care provider never settle. find someone you like and trust. who will follow through with what you want for your birth bc how they view birth will strongly impact how it plays out
I think after my appointment tomorrow I'm switching obgyns.

I'm afraid my baby girl might be getting too chubby... I love her rolls, but should I worry?
I'm personally appalled that I hear there many group chat and I haven't get any invite screw y'all too!!!
😭😭😭😭
When did you
Switch to a toddler bed or a twin sized bed? DS is 16 months right now. I'm not sure when a good time to switch him is. DD coslept till she was 2 so I'm not sure when I should consider switching him.
I Have Too Peeeeee Soooooooooo Bad. But I'm Trying To Hold It For My Doctor Appt in 12Mins. Fuck My Life. 😞😒😦😩
It's your child, you can delay the cord cutting as long as you want, don't let them push you around.
