I will be 39 weeks Thursday...baby is due next week.. I have off and on contractions. and last time I went to the doctor (37 +2 days) my cervix was completely closed and her head was high...what are the chances things could have changed in two weeks?? I'm getting a little discouraged of having a late baby or being induced. PLEASE COMMENT

I did nothing. The only thing I have been doing is drinking one cup or raspberry leaf tea every morning & then walking lots because of xmas shopping. I think walking helped me out a lot. I walked 24/7 @avas_mommy but I didn't do anything crazy or extreme. I went in today figuring I didn't progress at all & sure enough I did lots so it can happen without you knowing or anything. I haven't had any contractions or anything even
@nini2015, do you do anything to speed up your process or it just happened?
I went in today, I'll be 39 weeks on Wednesday. He is due next week as well& had a ton of progress. Last week I was completely closed and nothing at all & this week today he checked and I'm dilated to a 3! So it's definitely possible to have progress within that time span!! @avas_mommy
Your allowed up to 42 weeks but I go to doctor next week and I'll be 39 weeks he's gonna schedule my inducement if she don't come before then
@momof30813, are you gonna wait it out and see what happens..how long are we allowed to stay pregnant?
I am sure it will happen fast. If you are healthy and the baby is healthy don't induce. Try to let it happen naturally
I'm 39 weeks been dialated to 2 centimeters for a month now and she has been high for a month only thing change is I'm very thin
