100% sure our baby is gone. I started gushing blood, and clots. Then a small sac. I've never been so hurt. I don't understand why me?

I've been there 3 times, and now I'm 6 months and this pregnancy was totally unexpected. It won't be easy, it's okay to be hurt... Confused... Emotional... Cling to your support system but most importantly understand that it's OK to feel whatever you're feeling! Here for you if you ever need to vent! It isn't easy, but you have my prayers! 😘🙌🏾

I'm sorry for your loss..I have went through 2 miscarriages this year. it hurts mentally, physically and emotionally...Ill be praying for you. you'll have your 2nd baby one day.
you need to go to the hospital i went through the same thing they put me inn where i lost so much blood & they had to take the baby out prayers for you
have u been to the Dr to check it may be because of implantation

@maddoxmommie0127, I don't think implantation causes period like bleeding, clots, and the passing of a small sac.
