They are supposed to be extra cautious. Pregnancy isn't a handicap or sickness but they should be careful and mindful. Have you requested not to do certain aspects of your job?

climbing a ladder is not going to make you go into labor sooner than 40 wks. I climb ladders at my job all the time. I'm 25wks. but get a drs note if they don't listen.
