Eventually when you are ready to announce, there are lots of fun ways. I disguised my announcement as Happy New Year cards for close family members. I put copies of my first sonogram the envelope and watched them open it. Every single person was completely surprised. I gave customized fortune cookies (etsy) to my nieces & nephews with "we made a baby!" Inside.

as excited (or not) as you are its a good idea to wait a bit longer. nothing is more disappointing then something happening and having to explain why your not having a baby anymore. (probably not what u wanted to hear, but yeah)
