being a first time mom i dont know alot but is it normal to not experience constipation im 25 weeks and havent had any at all im sure i might get it later on once he begins to drop in his position but so far nothing

I have/had horrible constipation through out my first and this pregnancy. its normal just ask your doctor if there's something you can take to help. my midwife told me to get this stuff. its 98 cents at walmart and its helped me

I had it in the beginning now none..you usually won't if you eat healthy or drink lots of water
