Okay so I'm going to rant... On the 7th I had gone into the ER because of vaginal bleeding... I was diagnosed early pregnancy with threatened miscarriage... Last week I finally got onto my husbands insurance to where I could make an appointment for a follow up. On the papers the ER gave me it said make an appointment ASAP! Like within the next few days. Well I couldn't because of insurance but as soon as I got it I called.. They told me I can't see them because I have to be referred.. Okay I was referred by the ER... Just please make an appointment soon. Well we can get you in til sometime in January... Okay you just heard me say threatened miscarriage right? This isn't something I should wait for! Well ma'am I'm going to get your information and I will have our triage nurse call you with more information and maybe we can get you in. MAYBE?! Wtf? I'm so beyond pissed right now! I need to see if my baby is okay! No one gives a damn.. I hate doctors they just don't simply care.
Who knows when I will be able to get in...

it is better that you get checked asap. if ER said asap its for a reason. I waited a month after being at the hospital for threatened misscariage until they decided to give me an appointment, and it was too late. even though a natural misscarriage just happens most time it can't be prevented. but just call and call until you find an appointment somewhere.
I have had two miscarriages before I'm not taking a chance. I called another ob and got in next Wednesday. They took it seriously.
your fine that's why they aren't concerned I had the same thing happen but I literally had blood down my legs and a puddle on the floor the er would have kept you if you were in danger brlieve it or not its norrmal
Honestly this time of year with the holidays and days they have off you probably won't get in until January. Even my OB had to squeeze me in for my 2 week check up because they are so slammed right now. Your best bet would be to try and find a pregnancy center that does ultrasounds or go back to the ER.
A regular doctor can send you to a radiology place the same day, or they SHOULD be able to.
Well they do at certain places, but I mean OB doctors. Sorry I wasn't specific. I literally called any OB in my area to make an appointment ASAP because I could not stop worrying.
Well what would a regular dr do? Do they even have the equipment to check and see if everything is going right?
I would honestly make an appointment with any doctor that you can, as soon as you can, even if it isn't the doctor that you plan on staying with. I miscarried my first last year, without ever seeing a doctor because nobody would take me seriously. You best believe this time I called any doctor I could and demanded I be seen ASAP. I yelled at people and I cried and told my story repeatedly until someone listened. This may seem dramatic but I totally understand your worry and I would try to see anyone even if you don't plan on staying with them

now I understand that everyone has their own opinion on the topic and grown adults can do whatever they want with their bodies but to deny facts and make up false statements about your own anatomy when it comes to your unborn child is just so disappointing.

So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
just take it easy till next week same exact thing happen to me so i took days off work did bed rest didnt lift only got out of bed to pee. my sis mom and husband took care of me cooked . if u shower do it sitting down. dont take baths. dont do anything that requires too much strength and no sex at all. i did all of thoses things and thank god it saved my baby girl when i went to the doc appt he said it just sometimes happens at the beganining of pregnancies. he said she was fine and i heard a heart beat. but take it easy till then im now 33 wks and bby girl is super healthy. good luck
