It's based off your BMI how much did you weigh before? If you were considered normal it's expected anywhere from 25-35 lbs, 1lb every week in the first trimester and then doubles in your 2nd and 3rd.
you should ask your doctor :-) I'm 17 weeks and I haven't gained any yet, and I asked at my last appointment she said around 20 weeks is a good time for the weight gain to slowly start. I personally wouldn't take advise from anyone but your doctor on this one, just because there are a lot of opinions floating around like fact when they arent.

Like I was 110 before I got pregnant, so my BMI was 17.(something) and now I'm 117 at a 19 and I'm 6 + 2

im 14 weeks and ive lost 6 lbs. im not sure if my drs are worried because they havent said anything. i eat but i just cant eat any junk food.

here's a chart but everyone is different. from whay my doc said it's different in the ways our body responds to the progesterone
