her massaging your boobs like that helps produce more milk as well I just talked about it with the breast feeding teacher

Hand expression is a great way to relieve engorged breasts if latching on is an issue. Or pumping can help, but it takes some time for your milk to regulate. As you mentioned, you have a lot, so you could pump and store your extra milk in the freezer if you find that helpful.
