Well 1. Run (actually run) for .5 mile to a mile then do the elliptical and bike machines for 30 mins each 2. I stretch up to 2hours depending on what improvements I'm looking for . 3.i work on every part of my body starting with my legs then arms back shoulders abs then butt . I love working out. It's the best I can do since I don't play sports anymore.
Rad gals!! I'm so early & have zero symptoms yet so I'm trying to keep up my workouts but it's Orange Theory Fitness & we wear heart rate monitors so I feel like I'm killing it but in the end my heart rate is still pretty "safe",,, I don't go by the 140 bpm, I usually go roaring 175 & 2-3 quick bursts at 190s or do but I'll cut those out when I get bigger. Did your doctors support you??
