Not trying to freak ppl out, but neither are ruled as totally "safe." There are unknowns with both and your Drs should be discussing risks/benefits with you. Of course safest would be non-drug routes. Basically Dr. says to avoid.

I'm not sure. but if you can't- if I recall my ob said sudafed is safe.

No... and we should be avoiding sudafed as well. "Simply saline" is the safest route while pregnant.
