That's what the nurse told me when I was at the hospital cause I wasn't dilating but I hope it helps :)

You have to soak in the water I guess it relaxes the muscles so you can dilate

I miss baths so much mine is such an odd shape that once I got pregnant it's the most uncomfortable position for me so I just don't take them now 😭

I take baths every night.. I should probably stop though & switch to showers... lol you're welcome love!

my aunt told me to stop taking hot baths (of course I'm not listening lol) just in case your water breaks and you can't feel it... but she did say a shower will help. :)
