anyone else suffering from constipation... ive been feeling very constipated.. any suggestions on what to do to help....

Senekot is my favorite!!!!! It's natural and doesn't give you the bad cramping that usual stool softeners do!

a fiber pill and possibly a stool softener approved by your doctor. Also you can try putting your knees up as high as you can, like frog legs lol, and sometimes that helps. Ooh and sometimes a belly massage helps

Fiber helped me. Ask your doctor what kind of stool softeners you can use.

Anyone else’s toddler constipated all the time? My daughter is always constipated and it’s worrying me. I’ve taken her to the doctor and they found out that she was very backed up but this has been going on and off for almost a year. 😢
